Hola, como estas?
Vos con esta receta haces 20 litros finales, comienzas con 14 litros para hacer el macerado y que cantidad de agua se agrega antes de hervir y a que temperatura?
Haces lavado del grano con el agregado del agua? a que temperatura?
Tenes alguna de receta para hacer 75 litros finales?
