Notes

This is a nod to the original IPAs, but with modern tastes in mind. Of course, with the German malt it won't be an accurate replica.
The use of Kent Goldings should showcase this hop well and the malt can shine too.
Ironically, modern UK IPAs lack the insane hoppy punch (170 ibu's!) they originally had. I've kept the ibu low in keeping with modern tastes.
