Use 10 gallons of water. 15 pounds of grain. First run was just under 3 gallons. Added about 5 gallons initially Sparge was the remaining 5 gallons and got about 5 gallons out so 8 gallons in the boil.
Brew date October 13, 2019. Paragraph original gravity 1.065.
Took out of Keyser October 28. Gravity on November 1 1.012. I will leave it for a couple more days to see if it goes down a little bit more.
