Adding orange zest after 7 days fermentation slowed down and stopped fermentation early. OG 1.060, FG 1.016, alcohol 6.1% (after priming).

Next time a bit less Columbus bitter hopping (12-12-12gr for a 20l batch), and Centennial aroma hops at flame-out to get a smoother balance.
