Notes
9/19 NOTE: This came out really nicely. The Huell Melon hops were really fruity but there was enough sort of tannic dryness from the Columbus to keep it appropriately bitter, and to keep it from going grassy. I'm really pleased with this.
12/8 Variation on the SMaSH I made a few months ago to accommodate what I've run out of and what I still have. I unfortunately don't have enough of the Huell to make it the start it was last time, so I tried to fill out the hops list with appropriately lemony/citrusy hops.
