IBU's were lab-measured as 98 IBU.Tasting notes - Big hop aroma - grapefruit/pineapple with some peach & pine. Flavor is like drinking grapefruit juice with a shot of pineapple. The citrus is potent to the point of being mouth-puckering. Stonefruit also shows up as the citrus starts to fade. Bitterness is firm, but smooth. It tastes like a smooth 60 IBU's as opposed to the measured 98. The malt is super low on this. I may try something like Aromatic instead of Victory in the future to turn the volume up on the malt a bit.
