Notes

Once boil is completed, cool wort to 180 and then add the hop stand addition. Stir the wort, then let settle for 30 minutes before cooling.

Ferment at 68 degrees.
On day 4 or 5 of fermentation, add the dry hops. Let sit for 3 more days.
Carbonate at 2.4 volumes.
