This looks like a great NEIPA recipe. Thanks for sharing. A couple of questions - 1) I see you did BIAB. Did it drain OK from the bag? I've heard the extra wheat and oats can make this tricky. (2) Any mashing tips for a NEIPA? (3) Any alternative hops that you think could work with this one?
