Notes

This is the same as the original Brooklyn Black except, the flavor hops have been changed from Fuggles to Willamette The pound of chocolate in both is 350L. Two pound of rolled oats were added in place of one pound of 2 row. Mash the oats with 4 pound of two row at 115 degrees for 30 min. then fill tun and mash the rest of the grains. OG and FG Are actual measurements. The mash temp needs to be reduced to 150, beer was great but very thick for the ABV.
