This beer came out really, really well! I donated the keg to the first annual Collierville Oktoberfest and served it as part of my LHBS team. The keg kicked in just over an hour (serving only 3-4 oz portions,) and I had many people come back and tell me that amongst the 4-5 Oktoberfest offerings at the fest (the others were all commercial,) they liked mine the best! An absolute ego boost for a homebrewer. Next version will be with S-189, or maybe Imperial L17 Harvest.

Disregard the previous comment. It was meant for the lager version of this recipe.
