Ikke al laktosen blev opløst i øllet - laktosen skulle have givet ca 2 plato på OG, men qua lavere effektivitet end forventet, er det svært at bedømme præcis hvor meget og hvor lidt laktose blev opløst. Øllen har dog stadig godt laktosepræg.

Tasting notes:
Før kaffen blev tilsat, bar øllen meget præg af en tydelig og for kraftig humleprofil - både i bitterhed, men også i lette citrusy humlenoter især i duften. Meget creamy, en anelse earthy, men fin ristet profil.

Efter kaffen, samlede øllen sig rigtig godt. Kaffen tog toppen af bitterheden, og kaffens sødme og kompleksitet udfoldede sig præcist, som jeg havde håbet.
