Notes
This recipe combines elements of both versions of Brew Dog's Punk IPA. Hop profile of original, plus cara malt as per the current version.
The original lists only extra pale malt, but SRM of 8.5. That seems impossible, so there must be some cara malt or else a lower SRM.
Need to manipulate the hop amounts some more to account for AA differences (and inventory).
