Notes
First wort hops steeped when approximately 1/3 of the wort volume has run off into the kettle
Before adding whirlpool hops, the wort is going through a circulation through the heat exchanger for 10 minutes, lowering the wort temperature to between 80-90 degrees C.
Pitched with a neutral ale yeast (us-05)
