Notes
  • Scrape seeds of vanilla bean into a small container with 1/2 cup of vodka. Let sit for 2 weeks.

  • Add vanilla/vodka mixture to keg before raking beer.

  • Toast coconut in the oven @ 325 for 20-25 minutes. Stir coconut from time to time to ensure all flakes get toasted.

  • Add coconut to keg and let sit for 2 weeks.
