Notes

This is all the leftovers from my last few sessions. God only knows what it will turn out like.

This is my first foray into batch sparging. It is crazy efficient. Mashed in 16 Qts at 170. Sat for an hour.

Sparged with 180 water. 2 3 gallon draws. Total volume at end was 6.5 gallons at 1.42.

Used batch sparge technique. 3 4 gallon batches at 190 degrees. Used drill with mix blade to stir batches for a minute or two. Final gravity is 1.06 at about 12 gallons.
