Finally brewed this, very good recipe in my opinion. Lots of dragonfruit character and very pronounced hoppy-ness without being overly bitter. Next time I will probably add some Citra to get that citrusy character we expect from IPAs, but this was a good experiment to determine what characters to expect from Mosaic.

This malt bill will be my staple for IPAs, it gives a good copper color without having any crystal malts which, according to Mitch Steele, can interfere with hop flavor and aroma.
