Notes

Inspired by Schraderbraü brewed by the Breaking Bad character Hank Schrader.

The picture on the labels in the show depict a cloudy pale orange with a thick head. Hank describes it as "brewed to silky perfection". Hank was also a bit obsessive compulsive, so I'll probably need to keep tweaking this recipe over time.

Thinking the corn will lend a smooth, or "silky", mouthfeel. Trying to pick hops that have descriptions like "pleasant" or "floral" to further the silkiness. Otherwise picking ingredients that I'm curious to try.
