23 litre mash, added 12 tsp apple cider vinegar to reduce ph to 5.4.
Mashed at 12.25pm. 90 min mash.
Sparged with 8 litres at 70 degrees. Also added vinegar - 1/2 tsp.
25.5 litres in the boil.
Boiled at 2.40pm. Added Columbus
at 3.30pm added Simcoe.
3.40pm chill to 80 degrees
3.50pm added whirlpool hops
4.20pm Chilled to 21 degrees
OG 1058
Weds 19th - 1012. Transferred and dry hopped.
Friday 21st - 1010. Transferred, dry hopped and crashed to 2.5 degrees.
