This is a snapshot of my snapshot recipe. The original recipe I found called for 1.1 KG Avangard - Pilsner Malt and I am using a little more, 2.5 pounds. Original recipe for hops was 28 grams of Hallertau Mittelfruh with an AA of 3.75%. I am using my homegrown hops with an AA of 5.5% and bringing it to 22 grams as that is how much I had left in an older packet. I am also using the Lallemand Sourvisiae yeast as my yeast starter on my Philly Sour did not work.
