literally just the tap water in my house pushed through a chlorine/chloromine filter. it tastes good and is around 150ppm. honestly I'm in the camp that unless you know something is bad with your water you don't HAVE to go the RO and add salt route, marginal gains for a lot of work. |

Notes
My evolving take on a White IPA. Derivative of the Permafrost IPA kit from northern brewer, slowly adapted to my preferences, and to to the anvil 10.5 with a recirculation kit.
The hop charges are flexible.
Considering swapping 2 row for pils of some sort.
