Notes

4th (and final for now) run at SNPA clone and 3rd attempt using the recipe builder and water chem.

My 3rd run had an odd PH measurement at 15 mins into the BIAB mash (2.5). Final PH for v3 prior to pitch was 5.4 which seemed more reasonable.

.27 Northern Brewer Magnum....have them on hand and short cascade
4.75 Yakima Valley Hops Cascade T90 2025 7.6AA

Will be brewing around 4/28/26.
