Notes

Meant to make this a pale-ish ale with heady/cannabis aroma inspired by New Belgium's Hemperor. First time using multiple hop varieties and had trouble deciding how much to use and when. Accidentally got distracted by the style section and fussed with IBU and SRM, decided I needed more DME for absolutely no reason and ended up with an IPA with a higher gravity than I usually prefer. We'll see how it turns out!
