Lifted from Brad at Grain to Glass https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oq3b6FkC_mY converted to metric and scaled down 25% to fit in my brewkettle. Always loved choc mint beers!
Tempted to scale down the water, as the video missed SG by being a gallon (3.7L) over, which is ~2.7L scaled down.
Vanilla amount not supplied so I'm guessing, but I'm going triple than the 3 teaspoons I tried in my last vanilla inclusion in the Reindeer Games Spiced Milk Stout, as it was undetectable.
He went 3 packs of yeast in the video; Brewers Friend says 118B cells required, which is 2x 69 (nice) billion cells in each US-05 pack.
