Notes

First runnings to boil kettle; no sparge. Boil up to 75 minutes. Target is 6 gallons to fermenter.

( 5.5 gallons went into fermenter at SG 1.097 )

Sparge grains ± 45 minutes with 5.5 gallons 170° into secondary vessel. Time so as to finish towards end of first run boil.

Boil up to 60 minutes with 1 oz. Cascade hop additions at first wort, 20 and 5 minute timing. Cool to pitch temp. for 1 packet SafAle 04 yeast.

( 5 gallons went into fermenter at SG 1.052 )

K97, SO4 and Highlander all working well at 55 to 57 °
