Brewing Method for Stella Artois:
Mash Temperature: Start with a mash temperature of 65-68°C (149-155°F) for about 60 minutes.
Mash Out: After the initial mash, raise the temperature to 75-77°C (170-170°F) and hold for 10-15 minutes.
Sparge: Proceed to sparge with water at about 75°C (167°F) to extract the sugars effectively.
Gap Width: Set your mill gap to about 0.0315 to 0.0472 inches.
