This brew is a combination of my using up some grain/hops/yeast that I have on hand, while also (very loosely) developing a ‘clone’ for Narragansett Atlantic Light Lager.
Mashing for roughly about 100 minutes, then fly sparge.
Trying to keep the ABV under 4%, the commercial is 3.5%.
Trying to hit around 13 IBU, commercial is 10 IBU.
Using Swiss lager yeast because I have some. Probably best to substitute WLP840, or something similar for American lager.
Ferment on the low end, maybe around 50-51F.
Include a diacetyl rest.
