Notes

Decided to change all malts possible to Joe White Malts.

Brewed 10/11/25. Original Gravity. 1.048. Colour out of boiler is gold - probably because of the Joe White Ale Malt.

Had a day of disrupted brewing and careless errors. Had to rejig hop bill and schedule which may turn out better. will see.

The Taipan is an extremely venomous and aggressive snake found in NQ.
