You can add 1/2 teaspoon of gypsum if you want sharpen the finish, it's really good without gypsum too.

Notes

Mini mash the Munich malt prior to boil, add wort from mini mash to boil. Omit mini mash for an easier brew day, even without the Munich, this beer is delicious.

Avoid liquid malt extract to keep the malt character from tasting oxidized.

Use all RO or distilled water and add 1/2 teaspoon of either 88% lactic or 85% phosphoric acid to the beginning of the boil to keep the pH and color in check.

10-15 minute boil, just long enough to sanitize or if you want to use whirlfloc.
