Notes
- Steep Grains for 20 minutes at 150-165°F
- Start boiling and add LME and corn sugar.
- Add 1 oz Columbus hops at boil start
- Add 1 oz Willamette hops at 20 minutes.
- Add 1 oz Fuggle hops and spice pack and whirfloc at 40 minutes.
- Terminate boil at 55 minutes.
- Package to the fermenter and add water to equal 5 gallons.
