Notes

IPA from GETERBREWED a Braumeister IPA brewed on my Hopcat. I forgot to add salts. Poor brewhouse efficiency only 70% which was disappointing. Normally nearer 80%.
Used 4th generation Nottingham ale yeast slurry.
