Essentially, this is my very popular “Super Galactic” recipe but using Verdant IPA yeast to (hopefully) make it more palatable to me (less hazy). I’ve played with the malts to make use of what I have available. I plan to gelatin clear this.
30 minutes vigorous boil then 30 mins gentle covered boil.
OG: 1.042
