Falling Step Mash

Add 5ml enzymes with rice & 5L boiling water
Rice - 89C 20min, I think roughly 1200w
Complete iodine test before continuing
Added extra 2.5ml enzyme
Millet, Buckwheat & Quinoa - 80C 40min, temp was inconsistant
added extra 2.5ml at 40min after failing test, then left at 600W power and temp was consistant at 81C, after 15min iodine test was a definite improvement, adding another 2.5ml enzyme
left for another 30min, seems ok

Pour Warm Water over done grains, done

Actual OG - 1070
only thing in the recipe not measured is the Candi Syrup, but couldn't have been out by more than 100g as it was a partially used 500g container, must be incorrect assumptions about amount of sugar potential in all the grains
