Brewing salts to add to Mash water
23 liters mash water: 7Gsulphate / 5G Chloride / 3G Epsom

Heat your 23 Liters Mash water to 165F
Add grains, stir, cover, heat for 30 seconds
Sit 30 minutes, stir and cover, heat for 30 seconds
Sparge with 3 ltr. water @170F

Bring to low boil

  • low boil led to higher post boil volume, nt medium boil

    Hop additions:
    @45mins add. 25G Warrior;
    @20mins 25G Chinook;
    @10mins add 3tsp yeast nutrient;
    @5mins add 25G Saaz;
    @flameout add 25G Chinook

    Chill to 20C
    into fermenter; check gravity; shake to oxidize; sprinkle yeast

    14 days in 15C environment
    Day 10: gravity@20c 1.022, added dry hops
    Day 14: moved to 21C environment
    Day 17: gravity@21c 1.016. Bottled
