Full Volume mash with Spike Solo basket. Pulled decoction after 15 mins of 160* rest. Hers-Mitt is 50/50 blend of Hersbrucker & Mittelfruh. 2nd attempt to replicate GoldFinger/Bierstadt Pilsner. Minor adjustments to 1st batch
