Fermentation Schedule:

Pitch yeast and ferment 4 days at 64°F (1 8°C).
Raise temperature to 66°F (19°C) and ferment for 4 more days
Raise temperature again to 68°F (20°C) for 6 more days, or until target gravity is reached
