Very light, refreshing and hoppy NEIPA.
Mosaic and Simcoe pairs very well.

Used recirculation during mash so didn’t bother that much with sparging.

For hop stand, just kill the heat and do the additions, letting the wort cool naturally. After 30 minutes hop stand, start the wort chiller until fermentation temp.
