Notes

I added the lime zest at flameout for 10 minutes. I'm fermenting in a fermzilla at 60 degrees F for two weeks then I will keg it and lager at 34 degrees F for 2 more weeks. I am tracking my progress wilt a Tilt2 hydrometer.

This beer turned out so good!! it is very dry and really crisp! The lime really came out from adding it during the flameout session. I would recommend this beer especially for a great summer or springtime beer!!
