A juicy and flavorsome Hazy IPA. with a weighty mouth feel. The Cascade Cryo & Mosaic are a bangin' tropical hop combo.
Fermented @ 19c for 5 days
Upped to 22c for D-rest @ Dry Hop on Day 6.
Held at 22c for another 5 days.
Heating turned off and left to drop to ambient temp of 18c over another 5 days.
Bottle conditioned with Coopers Carbonation drops.
2 drops per 1.5l PET bottle
Bottle conditioned for 2 weeks @ 18c
Happy with the results. Tastes just like a bought one.
