Pitch LP652 at 94 degrees.
Check pH during sparge. Cut early if the pH is getting above 5.8.
Add 3 boxes of Oregon Puree to FV.
Added 3oz of Apex BO and 2oz of key lime.
Could do some amoretti puree instead of apex here next time.
