Added 500ml of madagascar bourbon vanilla. It is a little too much for my taste.

Next time, Cut Vanilla back to closer to 350mL. People like it, but it is very vanilla.

500ml would probably work well in a Big Stout where there is alot of malt and roast to balance the vanilla.
