Notes

Using malt I can obtain here in Santo Domingo. wound up with 69% brewhouse efficiency-- 6.1 gallons to fermenter.
After 5 days bottle primed tasting and surprisingly nice-- cold crashed pretty clear, small but small bubbles head, subtle aroma mostly after swallow, pleasant hint grassy hint parsley hint mossy. Prob not an award winner but would repeat!!
