Notes

yeast did a big drop on gravity leaving a dry imperial sotut where the toasted notes where really predominant.
i decided to add some lactose and vanilla flavour to help the sharp of the dark malts.

taste notes:

you find the vanilla at first, then are coming the dark malts with a final dry mouthfeel.

not the best imperial but drinkable as a desert, or drink it next to the fire.
