Did not rinse the rice hulls.
step mash at 123F for 25 minutes, 144F for 15 minutes, 152F for ... 3 hours? I was away. This was accomplished via HERMS recirculation.

Commenting on my own recipe for visibility and ease. This was hands down the best hef I've ever made. I will be copying the exact water profile, mash schedule, and grist for another brew. Grain to glass was about 3 weeks with bottle conditioning, and it's fantastic!
