Notes
Boil the honey for only the final 10 minutes.
When you have a free moment during brewing, prepare your jalapeños and submerge them in vodka. Wear gloves when handling the fresh peppers!
Place them in your fermenter one to two days before bottling. Two days will end up spicier, more vegetable tasting. I'll be doing one day before bottling this go.
