Notes

I added 250g of fresh elderflower as opposed to 300g as with my previous batch, but these elderflower were some of the first flowers out and were lovely and pungent. First crafty taste was super in your face elderflower in a nice way, probably enhanced by the lemon zest. The fermentation was super quick @ 3 days it was 1 point from target gravity and so I couldn’t resist a quick taste and although it’s still green, it’s really good!! Can’t wait to get it in the keg
