Initial recipe formulation.

Might change out chico for lutra based on time. adjusted grain amounts for abv/efficiency. Should probably reduce the bittering hops quite a bit - BYO has SN as 37 IBU which seems low from my memory of how the beer tastes. But also 80 something is really high for a pale ale. would depend on the AA in the magnum - BYO has it at 12% calculator has it at 15%.

research perle hops. getting much complexity from this at all? maybe leave out.

needs RO and water profile.

Pretty much taking this straight from BYO article : https://byo.com/recipe/sierra-nevada-pale-ale-clone-2
