Notes
Split 1 package of yeast between the 3 carboys because they say to under pitch. Worked fine, one was bubbling 1 1/2 hours later; the others by next morning (brewed night before). Brewed Thursday night and by Sunday morning gravity was down to 1.010.
Dry hopped with 2 different hops to see the difference. Cold crashed 2 of them and added 2 oz Amarillo for 1 day and kegged 1 carboy. Gained a lot of hop flavor in a day. Added 3 oz of Sazz 2.3%AA to another and kegged next day, lots of flavor also.
Young, the Amarillo was better, but Saaz got better with age. The one that wasn't dry hopped was good also.
I would let these age for a while before serving, got better and better.
