Notes

This is a split batch for a pumpkin ale. I brewed a ~11g batch and put 4 gallons in one fermenter at 1.080, then topped it with 1 gallon of distilled water. This should make the lighter version around 1.064. I did not get good gravity readings due to mixing and temperature issues.
