Notes
For 10 gal batch add 1 tsp gypsum to boil water.
Steep crushed grains while heating 9 gal. water to 170 F. Pull out the grains and let drain. Add extract and sugar then bring to a boil or 60 min.
Add dry hops after 4 days of fermentation.
