This beer is an absolute cracker. The numbers here are off because I haven't fully calibrated my setup. Target 5% ABV. Mash hot to make it nice and sweet, and dry hop the #%! out of it. The oats make it nice and hazy and add further sweetness. Ferment around 19-20 C to reduce the OG well and make some nice fruity flavours. One of the best I've ever made.
